Venue Only
Tuco's Bazar strictly acts as a matching venue. We do not own, inspect, buy, sell, or guarantee any items listed on the platform.
As-Is Transactions
When transactions happen locally and directly between users, items are sold entirely "as-is" with no warranties implied, unless the seller and buyer agree otherwise and on their own responsibility. Same terms apply in the case of items new or used, being shipped between seller and buyer.
Limitation of Liability
Tuco's Bazar, its creators, and affiliates are 100% exempt from any liability, losses, injury, or disputes that arise from in-person meetups, item sales, or platform usage.
Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly forbidden from posting illegal items, scams, or engaging in harassment. Violators will be permanently banned.

Anonymity First
We respect user privacy. Real email addresses are strictly encrypted in our secure backend and are never displayed publicly or shared with other users.
Data Deletion
Users can permanently remove their listings and account data at any time by deleting their posts or contacting support.
